If you’re looking for a true countryside experience but with all modern amenities, this cottage is the perfect choice. Just two miles from Necton, this cottage has been cosily converted from a former stable block in the rural hamlet of West End. The cottage boasts a traditional farm house kitchen, vaulted and beamed ceilings, country style bedrooms and shared use of 3.5 acres of landscaped gardens with a beautiful stream. Situated in the heart of Norfolk, close to Bradenham, the surrounding grounds are home to grazing horses and wandering ducks and chickens.

The surrounding area also features many family attractions such as adventure parks, extreme sports facilities, glass works, nature reserves and National Trust homes and gardens. In Norwich, guests can visit the beautiful cathedral, shops and restaurants or visit the seaside on the beautiful Norfolk coastline.

The property contains one ground floor double bedroom, 1 eaves twin and 1 2’6” eaves twin. Please not that there is limited headroom making this room suitable for children only. The bathroom contains a bath with integrated shower, a basin and toilet. The fitted kitchen contains an electric range style oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The sitting area contains a woodburner, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD and a selection of books, games and DVDs.

All fuel, power, bed linen, towels and a starter pack for the fire are included. A travel cot and highchair are available, and a child’s Z bed can be made available upon request. Off road parking is available for two cars, and the property includes the use of a private courtyard garden with garden furniture. With a shop and pub with a restaurant within 2 miles, the cottage is in the perfect location for a countryside break.

Please note: there is a steep staircase to the 1st floor, an unfenced pond/stream therefore children must be supervised, and due to the roaming animals, dogs must be kept on a lead.
