With an enclosed sunny garden and adjacent to a working livestock farm with ducks and geese for them to feed, children are safe and welcome in this rural home. Originally a farm house, the cottage has been split in two to make delightful semi-detached accommodation.
With a first floor double bedroom and a ground floor twin bedroom with a basin, the cottage welcomes a variety of parties. The ground floor open plan living space contains patio doors leading to the attractive garden, and with beautiful countryside views looking towards Snowdon, the cottage is in the perfect location to enjoy a real countryside experience.
The house is located near the hamlet of Brynsiencyn, and just seven miles from Llanfairpwllgwyngyll, on the Isle of Anglesey. The surrounding location is great for walkers and families as there is plenty to keep you entertained. The Menai Straits are just one mile away, and a great beach can be found at Llanddwyn. The Malltraeth bird reserve and Newborough forest with famous coastline walks and woodland trails are nearby, and the opportunity to try mountain biking and kite surfing is within six miles.
The cottage has a ground floor toilet, and a first floor bathroom with a bath and integrated shower, basin and toilet. A fitted kitchen, with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, and an open plan living space with TV and freeview, DVD, video, CD and radio, tapes, CDs and a selection of children’s toys are also included.
The cottage has full LPG heating and an outside utility room with a washing machine. All fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, although beach towels are not provided. The cottage also contains outside bike storage, and off road parking for two cars. With a shop and pub within a mile, the coast within two miles, and eggs available to purchase from the owner, this truly is the perfect countryside experience.
