Situated on the owner’s 400 acre farm, this charming open plan lodge is a ‘home-from-home’. The lovely private veranda creates a great place for alfresco dining, and with an indoor electric fire, this lodge is a great choice all year round.
All on the ground floor, the lodge contains two bedrooms, one double with an en-suite shower, basin and toilet, and one twin. The lodge also contains a separate bathroom with a bath, integrated shower, basin and toilet. The lodge contains a modern kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Within the open plan living space, guests have use of a colour TV, DVD, radio and a small library of DVDs.
The property has off road parking available for two cars, a gravelled area with furniture and a BBQ. A shared grass area and picnic table are also available for guests. Gas and electric is included, however, a £25 fuel supplement is required when staying from 1st November-1st March, payable to the owner. A shop can be found 3 miles away, and a pub and restaurant can be found within a mile.
Please note: there are 3 steps from ground floor to the front door. Owner collects a £100 refundable Good Housekeeping Bond payable on arrival.
